This individuality extends to fee structures, with educators setting their own rates based on the unique service they provide.

Fees for 3-4yr olds
Organic Kids participates in the Government’s 20 Hours ECE funding scheme for children aged 3–5 years. Children become eligible for this funding from their third birthday and can receive up to 20 funded hours per week, to a maximum of 6 funded hours per day.
As part of this funding, Organic Kids passes through $6.00 per funded hour directly to educators, up to the funded maximum of 20 hours per week. Families pay the difference between the funding received and their educator’s hourly rate for these hours as part of a regulated ‘top up fee’. More can be found here about the top up fee.
As educators set their own rates, the amount payable by families varies between educators. Your educator will discuss their fees with you before enrolment, ensuring you have a clear understanding of costs from the outset.

Payment of Fees
Fees are paid directly to your chosen home educator. As self-employed professionals, educators manage their own fee collection and payment arrangements. Fees are typically paid fortnightly, although some educators may offer other payment options.
To ensure your child’s place remains available, fees are payable for all enrolled days, including days when your child is absent due to illness, holidays, or other reasons.
Your educator will discuss their fees, payment arrangements, and any applicable charges with you before enrolment, ensuring you have a clear understanding of costs from the outset.
