Hi, I’m Manda and I am a fully qualified and registered teacher, with over 12 years experience working alongside young children in the ECE sector. I live in West Rangiora with my husband and our three children. We have a puppy that is growing up alongside our children, she will have her own space during the day as well as time socialising with us.

Organic Kids follows the same philosophies and beliefs as mine and after meeting with Lou and Bec I decided it was time to take the next step in my career and open my home to other children, especially with two of my children off on their school journey.

I feel children learn best when they are in an environment where they feel they belong and are safe and loved. I feel that this starts with relationships, especially with families. With honest and open communication, I will strive to develop a relationship based on trust and mutual respect, giving your child a safe learning environment alongside others. I believe that children learn best when they are happy and calm, learning at their own pace. With beautiful resources and those that nature gives us, I will provide time and opportunity for children to explore the world around them whilst providing a safe and calm environment. 

I plan to be involved in community outings such as visits to the library and different play groups and music groups, depending on enrolled days and needs.
